Kept us updated by phone. Kind and caring about time it was taking. Did great job replacing airbags and pulled out fender and stopped the rubbing on tire. This last time it was towed, and you replaced the fuel pump.You Did a good job again so far. But the issue I have is that I think you need to find another parts facility to deal with because they are very slow getting the parts there not hoursbbut days so you have my vehicle for a lot longer of a time and that causes me not to be able to keep my very important appointments and have to reschedule 4 or 5 of them. As good as my last review I gave was, that was a time again that took much longer because parts we're not coming in plus I've had to call you each time for updates and leave a message.You must have been very busy and/or short of help

2 shops could not figure out my Honda running problem. Orra’s automotive had it diagnosed and fixed same day. Very happy. Highly recommended local family business.

Orra"s checked out my problem on my 2005 chevy colorado, & fixed the problem, very good service & very nice people to work with, I told Mike the owner that I'd be back to service our vehicles, Trust is had to find these days, but at Orra's I don't have that problem...

I was referred to Orra's by a friend; Mike was able to locate and repair an issue that was completely overlooked at the dealership's service department when it was inspected a month prior. It was serious and could have lead to an accident. I was made aware of what was going on during the process, and the employees were thorough and friendly. The pricing was reasonable, and I will return when I need work done. I support local family business, especially when they do a great job, as I have experienced here.

Brought my daughters Subaru in for all the dash lights on, Mike went thru and checked all codes. Turns out the last repair at dealership wasn’t finished properly. They do great work and pricing is very reasonable Thank you Orra’s!

My tire donut blew and they helped me with what they could when I had nothing. I don’t know much about this place just happened to drive by it as my donut blew. They were extremely respectful and not judgmental at all. If I ever need car work done I’ll bring it here because they treat people as humans not just a dollar. They tried their best and I appreciate them for even trying!!
